Medianav ne s'allume pas

bonjour tout le monde, aidez s'il vous plaît.
J'ai essayé de mettre à jour l'unité et je suis resté coincé sur le logo.
J'ai pu la récupérer.
maintenant Medianav 4.1.0
mais au bout d'un moment l'appareil est éteint. (après 30min)
Je l'allume à nouveau et cela fonctionne à nouveau pendant un moment.
j'ai remarqué que l'appareil chauffait (je ne sais pas si c'est normal)
Au bout d'un mois, un gros problème,
lorsque vous allumez l’appareil, le logo apparaît environ 1 min et l’appareil s’éteint.
Avez-vous une idée de comment résoudre ce problème?
