Problems reading error codes - Citroen C4 Picasso

Hi,
(I hope this is the right place for that question...)
I have a Citroen C4 Grand picasso 2015.
I'm running DiagBox 9.91 with a usb adapter (it is labeled: 9780.Z5 PSA XS EVOLUTION).
When running diagbox, it does not detect the VIN by it self.
After entering it and running diagnostics I'm getting almost no info at all.
It says somethign like co dialogue on some of them and other "no data" message on the rest.

I do know that the adapter is ok because I was able to set the doors autolock speed when using it.
So,
What am I doing wrong?
