Help. Navi Accept Button greyed out after trying to Update Maps

good News. Everythings works now with new cards from 2019.
Do I have to repeat step 4 from your Tutorial everytme for new Cards or do I have only to add the new Cards (if I want to add another Country for example)?

in step 4 add the new fbl and poi files and do not add germany for a second time,
and for the other folder left empty.
