Stool v1.34 odo correction via OBD2

This program (STool / MTool) is designed to correct the mileage on the car.
mileage programming method - through the diagnostic connector without disassembling the panel itself.
For operation only needed ELM327/ESL27 and M-Bus adapter!

In version 1.34 added switching language of interface: Russian / English.
By default, the language is selected automatically if the language of Windows is Russian, then Russian. If the other is English.
P.S. If the software didnt correct the mileage, please, try to use previous versions 1.31 or 1.32

Hello rgmaster, your max.2 downloads-24 hr check seems to work incorrectly - my 2 previous requests were older than 24 hr, after that i communicated with you about not received links which were sent by you later as a correction.
