if you have DDDL installed before, then uninstall it and delete folders
c:\ProgramData\Detroit Diesel\
c:\Program Files\DiagnosticLink\

Install DDDL 8.09
Copy and paste contents of dddl troubleshooting into
C:\ProgramData\Detroit Diesel\Drumroll\Application Data\Troubleshooting
Open detroitkeygen folder

* Run GetHwid.exe tool, copy HWID
Run Keygen.exe, paste HWID, save file and put in the folder
run k4k.exe, paste hwid, save file and paste in folder
then copy the entire contents of folder into
c:\Program Files\DiagnosticLink\folder Could be program files x86
run DiagnosticLink3992Patch_DDDL_SP2_809

* Run activator (DDDLActivator.exe) with admin rights (RunAsAdmin)
* In activator press "Activate" button to activate DDD
* Start Run_DDDL.exe to start DDDL. Always start Run_DDDL.exe
