First of all install:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 x86-x64-allos-enu
+VC141_redist.x64.exe
0. install E-SYS 3.33.4 :)
1. install LauncherPROSetup_3.4.0.191 and delete from your desktop shortcut Launcher Pro 3.0
2. Install InstallerOK-blackpirate.exe , when asked enter password blackpirate
3. After install run from your desktop Launcher Pro 3.0 Full and enter this registration:

P.S:if you get a warning, maximum number of executed copies exceeded, just go to task manager, search ldr.exe and end task. then run BPLDR again
