To display the icon with garmin poi loader, you must put the csv and bmp file with the same name in a folder:
speedcam30.csv
speedcam30.bmp
Then use garmin poiloader to convert to gpi.
Do not trigger the proximity alert.
copy speedcam30.gpi and speedcam30.bmp to the gps sd card.
the correct format for the icon is 36x36 pixel

unzip and paste the files on the gps sd card in garmin/POI
